Privacy policy

Effective October 28, 2026

This policy covers the apps published by Nervous Satellite LLC ("we", "us"), including HazmApp, and the website nervoussatellitegames.com. The short version: we don't collect personal information.

HazmApp

What we collect

Nothing. HazmApp has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. It does not send us any information about you or how you use it.

What stays on your device

Contacts you add, PDFs you import, and app settings (such as having accepted the disclaimer) are stored only on your device, inside the app. We can't see them. Deleting the app deletes them. If you use iCloud or device backups, Apple may include them in your backup under Apple's own privacy policy.

Network connections

HazmApp works offline. It connects to the internet only when you choose to:

• Opening a regulation or agency link opens that government website (for example ecfr.gov or phmsa.dot.gov) in your browser.
• Tapping a phone number opens your phone app to call it.
• If the built-in Emergency Response Guidebook is ever unavailable, the app can download it from PHMSA's website. That request goes directly to PHMSA, not to us.

Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Crash reports

If you've chosen in your device's settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. They don't identify you. You can turn this off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

This website

The site uses no cookies, no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, never sell or share it, and delete support emails once they're no longer needed.

Children

Our apps and website are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date. If an app ever starts collecting information, we'll say so here and in its App Store listing before it does.
